Placing an Order

There are three ways to place an order:

One-click order – the fastest way to order a single product;

Shopping cart order – ideal for ordering two or more products;

Order by phone – the oldest online shopping method.

On our website, registration is not required to place an order.
If you have any questions, you can contact our managers for consultation.
After checking the stock availability in the warehouse, the manager will call you to confirm the delivery time and location.
The product you have selected can be delivered at any time convenient for you. However, if the order is placed before 2:00 PM, it can be delivered on the same day; if it is placed after 4:00 PM, delivery will be made the following day.

Payment for the Order

In cash

In this case, you pay for your purchase upon delivery directly to the courier who delivers the goods. Payment is made in Moldovan lei (MDL).

By bank transfer

If you are a legal entity, when placing your order on the website, select "By transfer" as your payment method. A form will appear for entering your company’s billing details. This information is required to issue the fiscal invoice. After completing your order, you will automatically receive the invoice at the email address provided during registration. The order will be delivered only after the payment has been received in the company’s bank account.
